Podcast planning & production

Your Voice.
Your Platform.

Anyone can start a podcast. Very few stay consistent long enough to build an audience. We help you plan, produce, and publish a show that lasts.

The Problem

Most podcasts don't make it past episode 3.

Most podcasts don’t fail because of poor audio quality or bad equipment. They fail because recording consistently is harder than people expect.

Without a clear audience, defined purpose, and realistic publishing rhythm, even great ideas lose momentum. The podcasts that last aren’t built on microphones. They’re built on a plan.

Frequently asked questions

You Might Be Thinking...

Here are some of the most common questions we hear, along with how we respond.

Absolutely. Our studio is designed for conversations, and most shows include a host and one or more guests.

Nothing. Most mistakes can be edited out during post-production if you’ve selected a package that includes editing. Even experienced podcasters stumble over words from time to time.

For more information on this, check out the next FAQ regarding noise distraction and removal.

During recording, unexpected interruptions can happen. A cough. A sneeze. A ringing phone. A firetruck outside. An extended pause while someone gathers their thoughts.

With Noise & Distraction Removal, we review your recording and remove these types of distractions during post-production to create a cleaner, more polished listening experience.

The goal isn’t to change the conversation. It’s to remove the moments that pull listeners out of it.

If you choose a package without this service, you’ll receive the original recording and can make those edits yourself if desired.

Yes. Everything we create for you belongs to you. Your podcast, audio files, video files, and content remain your property.

Yes. We can help you define your audience, structure your show, develop a recording plan, and choose the package that best fits your goals.

The best podcasts begin with a strong strategy.

The Broadcast is designed for speed and efficiency. Using our live-switching technology, we create a professional multi-camera video podcast while you record. The final video is delivered as recorded, without post-production editing or distraction removal.

The Full Show includes everything in The Broadcast, plus post-production services such as distraction removal, audio mastering, video editing, social media clips, written content, podcast hosting, and distribution to major podcast platforms.

In short, The Broadcast gives you a professional recording that’s ready to publish. The Full Show turns that recording into a complete content package.

If you only need distraction removal or minor cleanup, those services can be added to The Broadcast without upgrading to The Full Show.

Yes. Clients who choose The Full Show can have their podcast hosted and distributed to major podcast platforms, including Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

We’ll handle the technical setup, episode uploads, and distribution so your podcast is available wherever your audience listens.

If you’d also like your episodes published to YouTube, that service is available as an add-on.

It depends on your goals, schedule, and capacity to create content. Some podcasts record weekly. Others record twice a month or even monthly.

What matters most isn’t frequency. It’s consistency.

We typically recommend building a small library of episodes before launching your show. Having several episodes recorded in advance creates flexibility and helps ensure you can maintain a consistent publishing schedule, even when life gets busy.

We’ll work with you to develop a recording and publishing cadence that fits your team and can be sustained over the long term.

Absolutely.

One of the biggest advantages of podcasting is the amount of content that can be created from a single recording session. A well-planned episode can provide weeks of material for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Depending on your package, we can create short-form video clips, written social posts, blog content, and other marketing assets from your episode. While we never guarantee a specific number of deliverables, most episodes generate multiple pieces of content that can be shared long after the conversation ends.

Our goal is simple: help you get the maximum value from the time you spend behind the microphone.

That’s exactly why we created The Rental.

Some clients already have an editor, producer, or in-house team handling post-production. Others simply need a professional space to record. The Rental gives you access to our studio, equipment, and recording environment without paying for services you don’t need.

Record your episode, take your files, and handle the rest however you’d like.

Our podcast studio is designed around a fully integrated recording system, so all standard sessions use OneSixEight microphones, cameras, lighting, and production equipment.

Using a consistent setup helps ensure reliable recordings, professional quality, and a smooth experience for everyone involved.

If you have a unique production requirement, let us know. We’re happy to discuss custom solutions when possible.
